Smoothies for Kids 101

In a blender, add a ripe banana as a sweetener plus the liquid of your choice, then choose berries and peeled fruits in your kids’ favorite colors. Kids adore watching the blending process, so add the fruits one at a time so they can see the colors change.

Pick a favorite color!  Then buzz in a blender:

       Fruit          +         Liquid            +   Natural Sweetener

Red or Purple

Blueberries

Strawberries

Raspberries

Milk

Soy milk

Rice milk

Almond Milk

Coconut Milk
Coconut Water

1 ripe banana

 

Yellow/Orange

Mango

Peach

Green

Avocado

Spinach
