Elvis Presley was said to love the combo of peanut butter and bananas. It’s a shame he never got to taste them in this great Peanut Butter Banana Smoothie instead of deep-fried in a sandwich....

Chef Tips

The riper the banana, the sweeter your smoothie will be. Use unsweetened peanut butter – check the label to see what’s in there. If you are vegan, use a protein powder to suit your needs. Always buy the best quality you can afford. If you are on a high-protein, high-calorie diet, use whole milk, which has more calories and protein than almond milk.
