Get your kids to eat the rainbow! The easy, tried and true smoothie formula works like magic. In a blender, add a ripe banana as a sweetener plus the liquid of your choice, then choose berries and peeled fruits in your kids’ favorite colors. Kids adore watching the blending process, so add the fruits one at a time so they can see the colors change as the blenders whizzes them around.


Ripe banana – this way you won’t be using added sugars



Soy milk, Rice Milk, Almond milk, Coconut milk, Coconut water



Pick a favorite color. Buzz in the blender.

Red Purple:

Blueberries, Strawberries, Raspberries, red grapes

Yellow Orange:

Mango, peach, apricots, pineapple


Avocado, kiwi, spinach, green grapes
