Try this delicious spin on traditional pound cake! By cutting the amount of wheat flour with almond flour, and lessening the amount of sugar, the cake is denser but with less starch and more protein. Coat it with lemon syrup or cooked fruit and you’ve got a truly scrumptious treat.
