Of Christmas Eve traditions, the delicious Italian Feast of the Seven Fishes is one we should all think of taking up. The stars of this feast are, of course, all things seafood, cooked in all manners of different ways from pastas and soups, to baked whole fish. Seafood is highly nutritious, packed with lean protein, minerals and healthy fats, plus it is very fast-cooking. But I understand from many of you that you are nervous about cooking and buying fish, so thought we should make the most of this festive occasion to showcase for you the many easy, tasty ways to cook and enjoy fresh fish, some traditional, others not so much.
