It’s summer and at Cook for Your Life we’re completely crazy for corn. Whether roasted, grilled, or steamed it is so delicious! After the simple joys of biting into the first tender, sweet corn cobs slathered with olive oil or butter have worn off, our cook’s mind starts to wander and wonder about how else we can eat them. Luckily the ways of corn are many! Think fresh kernels, popcorn, cornmeal and tortillas to name but a few. It’s easy to add the juicy sweet kernels to summer salads or to liquidize them to make a batter, but so you don’t have to think of it, here are a few of our favorite corn recipes.
