If you’re not used to using curry at home, it’s definitely worth adding to your regular meals. It’s easy to make an exotic meal using this terrific combination of spices, and the health benefits of curry are numerous. Curry powder is comprised of a number of spices usually including coriander, cumin, ginger, turmeric, and a spice like cayenne or another pepper. Turmeric has been studied numerous times for its high antioxidant power, and the capsaicin (spice) in cayenne has also been found to have great cancer-fighting antioxidants. Throw those wonderful spices on top of some veggies or lean protein and you’ve got yourself a bona fide healthy meal!
