Although Cook for Your Life is not a vegan organization, we promote a vegetable based diet. This means a lot of our recipes that are perfect for those of you who are. With the Holidays on us, to make it easy for you to find some festive vegan dishes for your Holiday table we’ve made a selection of our favorite vegan stuffings, great for turning winter squashes into delicious main courses, and easy, tasty all veggie sides. Some of the recipes may call for a substitution, for example a veggie stock for chicken, so we’re including one of our great veggie stocks in case you want to go the homemade route. And of course, we’ve included desserts. What Holiday dinner would be complete without them? Some are traditional, some not, but all are utterly divine! Enjoy!
