Greek Yogurt Recipes

Greek yogurt is made by straining plain yogurt to remove the whey. This makes it thick and creamy, and concentrates its protein content. It is a great substitute for sour cream or particularly for mayonnaise, as even when made from whole milk, it has fewer calories and less fat. These recipes show just how versatile it can be.

How to buy: There are a lot of different brands of Greek yogurt, so test them out and find the one you prefer. 0% milk fat yogurt is much more tart than full fat, we like to use 2% in our recipes. It’s best to always buy plain yogurt and then add your own natural sweeteners or even savory ingredients rather than buy the pre-flavored variety.
Storage: Yogurt will keep in your fridge for a few days past the sell-by date.
