Sesame-Peanut Turnips & Leeks

This recipe for Sesame Peanut Turnips & Leeks is sure to turn up your turnips with this seriously easy recipe. Sesame oil, garlic and peanuts add serious Asian flare to your vegetables. This is a great side dish to eat with our Wonton Soup, Peanut Sesame Noodles, and especially our Lemon Soy Marinated Chicken Go ahead and liven up your turnips and leeks!

1. Heat a large sauté pan on high heat and add oil to coat the bottom on the pan.
Add turnips and sauté until brown, about 10 minutes.

2. Reduce the heat to medium and add the soy sauce, leeks, garlic, and honey. Stir to combine. The turnips should be glazed with the sauce. Add one cup of water and cook until water evaporates and turnips are soft. If necessary add additional water until turnips are cooked.

3. Add peanuts, sesame seeds, and scallions, Season with salt.
