The Cooking with Spices video class is a 101 of how to use common spices to liven up your cooking. Spices are an easy way to change up the flavors of your foods and are worth getting to know. Ann will be using both whole and ground spices to make a simple a curry from leftovers, a couple of yummy vegetarian soups, and to jazz up plain some Roasted Cauliflower, a technique that’s easy to use on chicken breasts for the grill too. It’s wrong to think all spices are ‘hot’. Cooking with the ‘sweet’ spices we’re using here can be a terrific way to combat the taste changes that frequently occur during cancer treatment.
