Make the Most Out Of Yogurt
Greek Yogurt is one of my favorite foods. It is often thought of as a fruity snack or a breakfast item, but when you buy it plain, it can become one of the most useful items in your pantry, healthy too. It is probiotic, high in protein, and low in fat and sugar. In this class we’ll make our own flavored yogurt with much less sugar than store-bought brands, also a deliciously healthy Ranch dressing, a creamy hot soup, and a chilled spring soup too. It makes delicious desserts too, like our Lemony Berry Parfait even a light and yummy ‘cheesecake’. Look and learn!
