A quick and easy recipe although I made some substitutions. I used swiss chard and mustard greens to replace the kale and collards because I prefer them to kale. Quartered mushrooms were added and I only used 2 tablespoons of the canned chipotle in adobo which made the dish spicy without it being overwhelming. Toasted sesame oil was used instead of olive oil for the extra bit of flavor and I reduced the amount to 1.5 tablespoons. A sprinkling of sesame seeds on top finished it off.
I think it came out pretty good. I used non-dairy margarine, egg replacer and missed the note about not using whole wheat flour so it was made from completely whole wheat flour. So I’m guessing taking the flour note into consideration, it’d get better
I love both hibiscus and ginger tea. Can I just blend the two teas (loose leaf) to achieve the same results? What ratio do you suggest? Thanks!

Hello Ms. Linda. If using dried ginger root you should try 1 to 2 teaspoons per serving. For the full recipe that would be 2 to 4 Tablespoons. Let it steep until you get the flavor you are looking for.
