Directions

  1. Halve the cucumber lengthwise, then slice into ½-inch slices. Trim and discard ends.
  2. Combine the sliced cucumber and water in a large pitcher. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour. The flavor will be stronger the longer it sits.
  3. Serve over ice.
