Directions

  1. In a medium saucepan over medium flame, mix together the condensed coconut milk and the chocolate chips. When the chocolate has melted, mix until well combined.
  2. Remove from heat and let cool until cool enough to handle.
  3. Tip the cocoa powder onto a sheet of wax paper. Set aside.
  4. Scoop out enough of the cooled chocolate mixture for the size truffle you want. Roll it into a ball with your hands. Roll the ball in the cocoa powder until covered, shaking off any excess. Set aside. Repeat until the chocolate mixture is all used up.

Chef Tips

For cleaner eating, keep a bowl to one side to knock off the excess cocoa powder.
