Quick and easy to make, these Chocolate Coconut Milk Truffles are my idea of heaven. This yummy taste combo makes toothsome little treats that are not only delicious but completely vegan. They use homemade condensed coconut milk, a super vegan substitute for the more usual dairy. Click here for the recipe. - In a medium saucepan over medium flame, mix together the condensed coconut milk and the chocolate chips. When the chocolate has melted, mix until well combined.
- Remove from heat and let cool until cool enough to handle.
- Tip the cocoa powder onto a sheet of wax paper. Set aside.
- Scoop out enough of the cooled chocolate mixture to give you the size truffle you want. Roll it into a ball with your hands. Roll the ball in the cocoa powder until covered, shaking off any excess. Set aside. Repeat until the chocolate mixture is all used up.
