This crema is our healthier take on the traditional. At CFYL we love using Greek yogurt in place of sour cream for a lower fat, higher protein alternative that still has a tangy bite....


    1 cup Greek yogurt

    1 cup heavy cream

    1 tsp salt

    Juice of 1/4 lime

  1. In a large bowl, tip the yogurt. Sprinkle with salt
  2. Gradually blend in the cream 1/4 cup at a time until fully absorbed by the yogurt. It will have a silky texture. Blend in the lime juice. It’s ready.
