Ingredients

  • 2 bananas, peeled, sliced, and frozen
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • ¼ tablespoons tahini
  • 4 dates, pitted or 1 tablespoon maple syrup
  • 1½ cups ice
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon (optional)
