Ingredients

    2 bananas, peeled, sliced, and frozen

    1 cup whole milk

    ¼ tablespoons tahini

    4 dates, pitted or 1 tablespoon maple syrup

    1½ cups ice

    1 teaspoon vanilla extract

    1 teaspoon cinnamon (optional)
