This looks great. I wonder if the filling could be used for lemon bars, with a shortbread-type crust. My sister, who is recovering from major surgery for carcinoid tumors on her liver and small intestine, is craving something lemony and not too sweet and she specifically mentioned lemon bars. Ps: I listened to your interview with Rozanne Gold. It was terrific!
