Ingredients

    ¼ cup red wine vinegar

    4 cloves garlic

    ½ teaspoon ground cumin

    ½ teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)

    1 large bunch fresh parsley

    ¼ cup olive oil

    Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

  1. Add red wine vinegar, garlic, cumin, red pepper flakes, and parsley to the bowl of a food processor and blend until a paste forms. With the motor running, slowly drizzle in olive oil until incorporated. Season with salt and pepper. Pour into a small bowl and reserve.
