- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- On a baking sheet, arrange shrimp in an even layer. Drizzle with olive oil and lemon juice. Season with salt and pepper.
- Roast for 10-15 minutes, or until shrimp have turned completely pink.
- Serve with cocktail sauce.
