Servings: 2
Prep time: 15

The sweet spices in this Apple Pie Smoothie really do make it taste like apple pie, and the thick, rich Greek yogurt makes it feel very ‘a la mode’. It is so quick and easy to make, you can be eating this “pie” in just minutes from thinking of it. It’s also a cooling treat if you’re having trouble with mouth sores. It’s easy to swallow and the apples are cooked, which makes this recipe safe for those in chemo and cuts down on their acidity, enjoy!

  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth, adding an ice cube or two if your ingredients are not very cold. Taste for sweetness and consistency, then drink immediately.
