A simple, tropical delight to help you keep your weight and your strength up during treatment! Aside from its deliciously refreshing fruity taste, you’ll get protein, vitamin C, fats in lauric acid, potassium, and a slew of other vitamins and minerals to help keep you nourished through treatment.

1. Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until desired consistency.

  • 1 kiwi, flesh only
  • ¾ cup orange juice
  • ¼ cup  coconut milk
  • 3 tablespoons vanilla protein powder
  • 1 tablespoon agave syrup
  • 1 cup ice

Ann's Tips and Tricks

To skin a kiwi: wash it well then cut it in half lengthwise. Scoop out the flesh with a spoon straight into the blender. Use whichever protein powder suits your needs, whether whey, egg, soy – there are so many – but try to buy the best quality you can.
