  • 2 cups spinach
  • ¼ teaspoon peppermint extract
  • 3 tablespoons vanilla protein powder
  • ¼ cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1 teaspoon agave, or to taste for a sweeter smoothie
  • 1 cup ice

  1. Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until desired consistency.

Chef Tips

If you buy pre-washed bagged spinach, and you are using it raw always wash it again to be on the safe side. If your immune is compromised, add a little vinegar to the wash water. Use whichever protein powder suits your needs, whether whey, egg, soy – there are so many – but try to buy the best quality you can.
