Ingredients

    1 (14 ounces) can full-fat coconut milk, unsweetened

    2 bananas, peeled and frozen

    ⅓ cup coconut water

    ¼ cup honey

    1 teaspoon ground cardamom

    3 tablespoons chia seeds
