  • ¼ cup tahini
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon water

  1. In a small bowl whisk all ingredients until smooth. Taste for seasoning. Serve over your favorite vegetables or over Basic Soba Noodles.

Chef Tips

For extra taste, try making this dressing with toasted sesame oil.

Also, for those who are allergic to sesame seeds or tree nuts, try using sunflower seed butter as a substitute for the tahini, and grapeseed oil for the sesame. It won’t be the same, but it will still b good.
