This crema is a healthier take on the traditional recipe. Greek yogurt takes the place of sour cream for a lower fat, higher protein alternative + the essential tangy taste. (But we kept in the... heavy cream for texture and flavor, so it’s not a completely low-fat dish.) Try a few spoonfuls on any of our taco recipes, with Baked Root Vegetable Fries, or with Elote (Mexican Street Corn).
