Whole wheat tortilla chips are available in some supermarkets, but often are fried and heavily salted. These are quick and easy to make, and allow you to control the flavoring. We loveRudi’s Organic Bakery 7 Grain with Flax Wraps. They are perfect served with dips or alongside soups.

Preparation

  1. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees.
  2. Brush both sides of the tortillas with oil, then stack and cut into sixths or desired size.
  3. Arrange tortilla pieces on a baking sheet and bake until crispy and browned, about 8 to 10 minutes. Cool and serve.
