Honey butter is an easy way to make anything taste delicious. It’s great on a hearty piece of whole wheat toast in the morning or as a snack anytime.
1. Cream the butter and the honey together in a bowl.
2. Pile the butter mixture onto a small sheet of wax paper and shape it into a roll. Put into the fridge to chill and harden. Cut into slices to serve. If you don’t want to make the butter into a roll, just fill a small ramekin with it, smooth the top and chill before serving.
