Honey butter is an easy way to make anything taste delicious. It’s great on a hearty piece of whole wheat toast in the morning or as a snack anytime.


Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon of butter, at room temperature
  • 2 tablespoons of orange flower or buckwheat honey

Directions

  1. Cream the butter and the honey together in a bowl.
  2. Pile the butter mixture onto a small sheet of wax paper and shape it into a roll. Put into the fridge to chill and harden. Cut into slices to serve. If you don''t want to make the butter into a roll, just fill a small ramekin with it, smooth the top and chill before serving.

To chill butter quickly, put it in the freezer for 10-15 minutes, and then move it to the fridge. Don’t forget it in the freezer.
