This tangy fruity peach plum salsa from Chef Dave Martin is perfect for the later days of summer when sweet fresh peaches and sugary plums are in abundance at the market. It’s super simple to make and is the perfect condiment to liven up simple grilled chicken. You can make it the day before you need it as the flavor only gets better as the fruit marinates in the lemon and honey, just be careful as you mix it. You don’t want the soft fruit to break up. - In a small bowl, place the diced plums and peaches and add all the remaining ingredients. Carefully mix using a fork or spatula, but do it gently so as to not break up the fruit.
