Ingredients

  • 2 fresh plums, pitted and cut into a small dice (see Chef Tips)
  • 2 fresh peaches, pitted and cut into a small dice
  • ¼ cup parsley leaves, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • ¼ teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • Kosher salt, to taste

Directions

  1. Combine all of the ingredients in a small bowl. Mix well using a spoon or spatula, stirring gently so as to not break up the fruit.

Chef Tips

The salsa should be about half plum and half peach. If the plums look small compared to the peaches, use 3 to 4 plums instead of 2.
