Ingredients

  • 1 small orange, halved and thinly sliced
  • 1 small Granny Smith apple, core removed and thinly sliced
  • 1 lime, thinly sliced
  • 1 pint raspberries
  • 1 (12 ounce) bottle pomegranate juice (see Chef Tips)
  • 8 ounces sparkling water

Directions

  1. In a large pitcher, combine orange slices, apple slices, lime slices, and raspberries. Using a wooden spoon, muddle the fruit until there is about ¼ cup of juice.
  2. Add pomegranate juice and stir.
  3. Portion into glasses with fruit, about ⅔ full. Top with sparkling water and serve.

Chef Tips

This would be delicious with cranberry juice or any combination of citrus fruit. Use up the fruit in your fridge!
