Goat cheese is a great addition to many recipes as it adds a new intensity of flavor that is out of this world. The tomato and balsamic vinegar topping is slightly sweet and pairs wonderfully...

  • ½ cup milk
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 2 plum tomatoes, diced
