Lycopene Packed Recipes for Prostate Health

Lycopene is an antioxidant that has been linked to a reduced risk of developing prostate cancer. Luckily lycopene is found in a number of our favorite fruits and veggies, particularly the red ones like... tomatoes, red peppers, and red cabbage, plus in tropical fruits like mango, guava, and papaya. It’s also found in smaller quantities in some green veggies, too. The best part is that lycopene becomes more bioavailable to our bodies when these fruits and veggies are cooked!
