¿Cómo comer los colores del arcoíris?
Ha escuchado que comer los colores del arcoíris es bueno para su salud. Llenar sus comidas con una variedad de coloridas frutas y verduras que combaten el cáncer (cáscaras y todo) es la mejor manera de agregar vitaminas, minerales, fibra y otros fitonutrientes esenciales (nutrientes de las plantas) para mantener su sistema inmunológico fuerte. Más color en un plato tampoco es tan malo para los ojos.
